Recruitment process

We accept applications all year long. Depending on the character of the project we will address our job offers to technical college graduates at the beginning of their professional careers or to highly qualified and experienced experts. We look for persons gifted with technical and interpersonal skills who can work in a team and are open to innovative solutions.

Potential candidates can expect the following recruitment process:

    At this stage the best candidates will be selected. Submitted applications are reviewed with regard to qualification compliance. Selected candidates will be invited to an interview.
  3. Interview
    Number of interview meetings may vary depending on position. Most commonly the interviews will take a form of:
    • thorough competence survey
    • expert knowledge test
    • meeting with future supervisor
  1. Final stage of the recruitment process is checking candidate references.
